please return the pen to me within 14 days in a a new and unused condition and I will
replace it or refund the full purchase price.

for the return insured postage!

lifetime guarantee against failure of materials but not normal wear and
tear or miss use or failure to care for your pen properly.
As each piece
of wood is a natural product, your purchase may differ slightly in colour
and figure from that shown. You always have my return promise above if
you're not happy. In the unlikely event that you have a problem in the
